Employee can encode and track their time spent on the different projects & employee breaks by using Timesheet Entry


Note: Supports only Enterprise.


Key Features

  • Set employee working hours.
  • Add day start & day end time in timesheet.
  • Add employee break in timesheet.
  • We can see break start time & end time in timesheet.
  • We can see Total time, Total Spent time, Total break time, Total diff: time in timesheet.
  • We can see Day start, Dat end, Day break time in tree view.
  • Employee can add own break, it shows only created employee.
  • We can active or inactive employee breaks.
  • Configure department wise employee breaks.
  • Configure date wise employee breaks.

Employee Breaks

  • First of all login admin user and navigate to Timesheets.
  • Now, click on the Configuration menu and open Employee Breaks.

  • Here, we can see default employee breaks.
  • We can create new employee breaks and edit existing employee breaks.

  • Now, we checking employee breaks features.
  • We can active or inactive employee breaks.
  • When we active Is Global for all Employee, Employee breaks will be showing for all employee.

  • Here, we can set department wise employee Breaks.
  • When deactivate Is Global for all Employee, multiple options will be come.
  • Here, we can select only one employee.
  • Add Start Date & End Date to show employee breaks in configured date.


Employee Working Hours

  • Navigate to Configuration and click on Employee Working Hours.

  • Here, we can see default employee working hours.

  • Here, we can create new working hours and edit existing employee working hours.


Timesheets

  • Now, login Demo user and fill timesheet.
  • Employee Name, Day Start & Day End time will automatically filled from working hours.
  • Day Break time will automatically come from Total Break Time.
  • Now, employee add configured employee breaks in timesheet.
  • Here, we can see Total Break Time, Total Spent Time, Total Diff:/Free Time.

My Timesheets

  • Here, we can see Meeting Break in configured date.

  • After/Before configured date Meeting Break will not showing.
  • Employee can add own break to click on Add A Break button.

  • Add break name and click on save button.
  • It shows only same employee, which is created.

  • Employee Break added in timesheet and fill our break time.
  • Diff: time will be automatically update.

  • Add employee break in timesheet and automatic update diff: time.


Timesheet

  • Here, Admin can see Day Start, Day End and Day Break time.
