Skills Requirements of Human Resource Executive

  1. BBA/MBA or relevant degree in HR

  2. Must have 2 years of experience in HR executive & operations.

  3. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

  4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 

  6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

  7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  8. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, etc.

  9. Proven Experience in Payroll - preparation of Salary sheets, Payslips, etc.

  10. ESIC & EPF Management - register new employees in the portal, prepare monthly challan, employee queries, etc.

  11. End-to-end IT recruitment.

Responsibilities of Human Resource Executive:

  1. Maintain strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to employees and managers as needed.

  2. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment.

  3. Plan reward & recognition programs and events.

  4. Support performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

  5. Managed end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including ESIC & EPF requirements. 

  6. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments.

  7. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

  8. Utilize the HRIS system to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide prompt and effective resolutions. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict-resolution strategies.

  9. Manage employee attendance, time off, etc.

  10. Training & Development: identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
