Summary: Kanak Infosystems LLP is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The UI/UX Designer will design user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our products and services. In addition, the UI/UX Designer will create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate the user’s experience as they interact with our products. They will also work closely with the development team to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Job Description:
Skills Requirements of UI/UX Designer:
1. Must have 2-3 years of experience in the IT Software Industry
2. Knowledge of principles of visual design, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
3. Ability to create user flows, site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
4. Understanding of user-centered design processes and practices and user research methods.
5. Proficiency in creating user interface elements, including navigation, buttons, forms, and icons.
6. Ability to think strategically about the product and how users interact with it.
7. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies would be an advantage
9. Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer:
1. Create and implement innovative user interfaces and user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives
2. Develop design concepts and prototypes for websites, applications, and other digital products
3. Test and refine designs to ensure usability, consistency, and accessibility
4. Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs adhere to the company’s brand and style.
5. Keep updating yourself on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and tools
6. Prepare documentation, such as user flows, wireframes, and style guides
7. Research and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market trends to inform design decisions.
