Product Surcharge module is used to Calculate the Price of Product as Per Selected Category and add Surcharge to the existing cost of Product. If the User adds a surcharge of Product in Pricelist, after that when User creates quotation and add product in order line, Surcharge will be automatically added in sales.
Key Features
User can Add Surplus charges in Pricelists.
Surplus charges can Apply on All Products, Product category, Product and Product Variant.
Surcharges are already added in product, when create a quotation.
When Delivery Order created, Surcharges are automatically added.
- Navigate to Sales and then configuration menu.
- Open Settings and enable Pricelist.
- After Enabling Pricelist, Select advanced price rules.
- Advanced Price rule- Compute price with Fixed price, Percentage, and Formula.
- User can apply Pricelist on All Products, Product Category, Product and Product Variant.
- Here User apply price rule on Product and select product.
- Select compute price as "Formula".
- Select Surge Type as 'Fixed' or 'Percentage' and Add Surplus Charges of Product.
- Surplus Charges show in Price Rules.
- Select Pricelist, in which price rule is created.
- Select that Product in Order line which is added in Price rule of Pricelist.
- Product price already added with surplus charges and show in order line.
- After confirming quotation, Delivery order is Created.
- When Delivery Order created, Surcharges are automatically added along with product price.
