Set Approvers in Purchase Order Approval Types
Go to Approvals > Configuration > Approval Types
Create Purchase Order
Go to Purchase > Create Purchase Order
Enter Details of Purchase Order
Enter vendor, order deadline, receipt date and products.
Click on Save button it will automatic create approval request.
See The Approval Request
You can see the Approval request of all the type.
Approve Request
Click on Approve button to approve the request.
Purchase Order Approval Configuration
Configuation > Approval Types > Purchase Order.
You can deactivate/activate the purchase order approval.
Deactive the purchase order approval flow.
Create Purchase Order directly without creating Purchase Order Approval.
Activate the Purchase Order Approval Flow.
